How much does a rental cost?
It depends on the model and dates. The catalogue calculates the total for your period, with kilometres included by duration.
Do I need insurance?
Cover is included via the protection pack chosen at checkout. Remaining excess is shown before payment.
What is the deposit?
A hold is taken according to the Serenity pack. The exact amount appears before payment and is released after the rental, unless fees are due.
Where do I collect the car?
At the chosen station. No counter: instructions and exact address are emailed before departure.
What is the minimum age?
18, licence held at least one year. A young-driver surcharge may appear before payment.
Can I rent with a foreign licence?
Yes depending on the country. EU licences are usually accepted; outside the EU an international permit or translation is often required.
What if I return the car late?
Fees may apply under the T&Cs. Tell us as soon as possible.
What does Guaranteed model mean?
You collect the model you booked, not a category equivalent.
