Rental documents and terms
Booking is online. Documents (licence, ID) are requested after the booking is confirmed, in the customer area.
Must the car be cleaned? Return it clean and in the condition noted at pickup. A fee may apply if cleaning is needed.
Fuel: return the tank in the state stated on the contract (often full-to-full). Details are on the booking.
Late return: fees may apply under the T&Cs. Tell us as soon as possible.
Leaving France (Belgium, Spain, etc.): depends on the contract and pack. Confirm before departure.
Payment: card at checkout. A debit card may be enough depending on pack and bank; the deposit is a hold, not a final charge.
